A 3-week group for people who’ve tried all the usual tricks—meditation apps, white noise, herbal tea—and still find themselves staring at the ceiling.

Maybe you fall asleep faster to a loud TV show than a mindfulness bell. We’re here to explore that experience. Using science-backed tools and somatic practices like yoga nidra, breathwork, and energy healing, you’ll get to experiment, play, and build a nighttime ritual that actually works for your body, your brain, and your life.

Sleep, Reimagined

This isn’t your typical wind-down routine. We’re tossing out the sleep hygiene rulebook and getting curious about what actually works for you. Expect late-night conversations, gentle practices, and a fresh take on rest.

With just 5 people in the room, there’s space to unwind, be real, and feel held. Think adult slumber party vibes—pillows, late-night laughter, and the comfort of not figuring it out alone.

Time for Deeper Sleep

Sleep, Reimagined is a 3-week in-person series exploring the question: What is rest? Each week, you’ll try out different practices—like sound healing, breathwork, yoga nidra, and guided meditation—with space to notice what actually works for you.

By the end, you’ll have your own personalized sleep support kit of rituals and tools to return to whenever you need them.

🛏 Time: Thursday at 7:30 PM (90 minutes)
